A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/5/2023 to investigate a complaint that was received by the department on 4/25/2023 regarding staff background checks.
There were 38 children present with 9 staff supervising during rest time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision and background checks. One staff records was reviewed. The inspection started at 12:00 pm and concluded at 1:15 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The complaint was found to be not valid.
