An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on May 16, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on May 8, 2023 in reference to staffing, ratios, parental involvement, food preparation, and access to drinking water. Documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
