An investigation was conducted on 6/20/2023 and 6/22/2023 in response to a self reported allegation received by the licensing office on 6/15/2023 relating to behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegation.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation.
There are no violations resulting from this investigation.
