An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 5, 2023. There were 12 children in care ages 5 years through 13 years old under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children observed participating in a variety of activities including basketball, tablet and tag.
Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
