A complaint investigation was initiated on June 15, 2023 from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on May 11,2023. Interviews were conducted, documentation and classroom video, child records and staff records were reviewed and observations were conducted. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no other violations cited during this inspection.
