Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/8/2023 beginning at 1 p.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. with the director. There were 11 children in care age 4 years old under the care of 2 staff. Children were observed during arrival, handwashing, participating at a variety of centers that included the hungry caterpillar, during snack (fruit snacks and graham crackers) and preparing for outdoor time. Frequent, positive interaction was observed between staff and children.

Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Five medications were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
