Licensing instructor discussed a change of address with the director.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:45pm-3:45pm. There were 24 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed getting ready for snack and engaged in group time. One new staff has been hired since the last inspection. No areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
