This SHSI inspection was conducted by licensing staff using alternate methods , necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 5/29/2020. The vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The vendor has 0 kids in care and has recently moved to a new location. The vendor's home, child care area, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were reviewed. A sample of children's records and provider household member records were also reviewed,
The information gathered during the SHSI inspection determined no violations with applicable regulations. No violations were issued.
