An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 4 2023 between 10:50am and 12:15pm. Children were observed washing hands, preparing for lunch time, and eating lunch. A review of the child records, staffing records, emergency drills, classroom plans, and the menu was conducted. Citations are located on the Violation Notice page.
