An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 4, 2023 between 1:15pm and 2:15pm. The children were napping throughout the inspection. A review of child records, emergency drills, medication procedures, first aid kits, the fire inspection, and the physical plan was conducted. Citations are located on the violation notice page.
