An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 23 2023 between 10:00am and 11:30am. There were 6 children in the direct care of 1 staff member. A review of children's records, staffing records, the physical space, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies was conducted. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
