An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 4:30pm and 5:50pm. There were 28 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing video games, playing with legos, and making crafts. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
