An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted December 16 2022 between 8:15am and 10:15am. there were 128 children in the direct care of 58 staff members. Children were observed playing on the playground, working on winter themed crafts, and washing hands. A review of children's records, staffing records, medications, attendance records, emergency supplies, emergency drills, and the physical plant of the facility was conducted. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on direct observation, the center did not keep all hazardous substances or cleaning materials in a locked place using a safe locking method.
