LI had discussions with management regarding the following topics: medication forms, practice drills and dating documentation.

Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 1:50pm and 3:10pm. There were two rooms observed with a total of 29 children with five staff within the supervision guidelines; a group of 9 children were on a field trip with two staff during the inspection. The children were observed doing arts and crafts, making bracelets, playing dodgeball and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Positive interactions were observed. No violations were found during today?s inspection.
