An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 22 2023 between 12:15pm and 1:30pm. Children were observed washing hands, being diapered, working on classroom assignments, preparing for the next days year end celebration, and eating lunch. A review of staff records, child records, ratios, playground equipment, evacuation drills, and the facility was conducted. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
