2. All education documents used to qualify staff are to be translated into English and may require an equivalency review by a reputable company.
3. The Allowable Variance process was discussed with one of the owners last week.

Conducted a focused desk review of program director qualifications. An on-site inspection was not conducted. It is the responsibility of the licensee to know and implement current standards and laws.
