Multiple complaints alleging lack of care and comfort were received and initiated on February 7, 2023. Video footage provided by more than one source were viewed. While on site on April 25, 2023, classroom observations were made. During the onsite investigation children and staff records were reviewed and interviews were conducted. The information gathered does not support the allegation and the complaint is not valid.
