An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 28, 2023 from 8:00 am until 9:10 am. There were 18 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, medications and authorizations, menu's, first aid kits, children's record and staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during check in and playing floor games.
