An unannounced inspection to investigate a self-reported incident regarding forbidden action and behavioral guidance was conducted with the local agency beginning at 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Interviews were conducted. Classroom observation was conducted. Documentation was reviewed.
Additional interviews were conducted with the local agency on May 18, 2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
