A complaint alleging lack of supervision was received and initiated on February 9, 2023 and concluded on February 13, 2023. During the investigation children and staff records were reviewed, video footage was viewed and staff and parents were interviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is not valid.
