A complaint inspection was conducted on March 29, 2023, There were 83 children present in the center, ranging in ages from infant to Five years, with 17 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Two staff records were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation supports part of the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. See the violation notice for more details.
