An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. regarding programming and care, protection and guidance.
Classroom observation conducted. Staff interviews were conducted and documentation reviewed.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected, there was no noncompliance documented and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
