Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on record review and discussion with the director, there was no documentation on file verifying that a fire inspection had been completed within the last year. Evidence: 1. During the review of documentation on 07/22/2015, it was determined that an annual inspection from the fire department had not been obtained. The most current fire inspection was dated 07/09/2014.

Plan of Correction: The administration will contact the local fire marshal and scheduled an inspection as soon as possible. In the future, the director will contact the fire department about a month before the inspection is due to ensure they are able to come early enough.
