A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/24/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 3:20pm and ended at 4:45pm. There were 10 staff/caregivers with 40 children in at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed watching a movie, playing games, being dismissed for the day and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and can be found on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation today.
