An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on February 28, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received February 22, 2023 in the areas of policies and discipline. The inspection concluded on 7/28/2023.
The inspector and other local agencies conducted interviews with center staff and reviewed video footage.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
