A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/26/2023. The inspector arrived at 1:00 PM and departed at 2:45 PM. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from infant to four years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.

Evidence:
1. Upon arrival of the inspector at 1:00 PM, staff 3 was in the front office area, leaving two infants alone in the infant room with the parent of one of the two infants. Staff 3 returned to the infant classroom after approximately ten minutes.
