A complaint investigation was conducted with the local agency in reference to a complaint received by the northern licensing office regarding operational responsibilities, staffing and supervision and programs. Staff interviews were conducted. Childcare areas observed.
Based upon the information gathered during the investigation, the complaint was determined to be not valid and no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
