An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 08/07/2023 from approximately 9:55 am to 11:30 am. This inspection focused on the main areas of previous non-compliance. The center's owner/director was available throughout the inspection to assist and answer any questions.
There were 24 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to school age, with 5 staff supervising. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed playing indoors, learning about the hexagon shape and having lunch.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
