A non-mandated complaint inspection was initiated on 06/05/2023 and concluded on 06/05/2023. A complaint was received in the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Valley Office), on June 01, 2023, regarding supervision, and staff qualifications and training. Interviews were conducted on 06/05/2023.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were found while conducting the complaint inspection.
