Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on observations, the center failed to ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence: In the infant room, there was (1) spray bottle labeled ?bleach and water? and (1) aerosol container of Febreze located on the changing table.Plan of Correction: Items will be locked.
