The following areas were discussed with the owners during the inspection: physical plant, required postings, first aid and emergency supplies and equipment and materials.
- Comments:

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/16/23 from 10:00am until 11:20am and 8/28/23 from 10:15am until 10:40am. All spaces to be used by children in care were measured and inspected. The applicant requests a capacity of 27 children, which is supported by the measurements taken during the inspection. Two staff records were reviewed. No children's records were reviewed as the facility is not yet open. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies, along with all required postings, were also reviewed. Any areas of standards related to direct service that were not determined during the initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of a license. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issued.
