Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with direct care staff in ratio for supervision in the 4 classrooms. Observed infant care, transition to the playground, reading in the two's classroom and preschool children working on writing their names and playing with clay. Reviewed medication, emergency preparation, trainings, staff and children's records as well as physical space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
