A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 8/29/2023. There were 45 children, ages 5 -12 years and 3 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies, and nutrition. Medications were observed during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 staff records and 3 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during arrival, self-directed activity, handwashing, snack time and homework time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 3:17pm and departed the center at 4:23pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
