Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 11:15am. There were 47 children present, with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed working on counting money, and playing on the playground. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Contact Nancy.Radcliffe@doe.virginia.gov or call 703-268-3728 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
