An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 08/16/2023 and concluded on 09/05/2023 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/15/2023 regarding transportation and background checks. Interviews, and record reviews were conducted related the allegations. The information gathered did not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
