Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:00am and 12:30pm. There were 78 children present, with 19 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating lunch, playing outside, reading, exercising and getting ready for naptime. A total of 5 child records and 7 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence
The cots in the Pre-K classroom were not identified for use by a specific child.
