A mandated renewal inspection was conducted on August 29, 2023 from 9:00am-10:15am. There were 137 children in care with 23 staff supervising. Parents were dropping children off into new classrooms. Teachers were observed welcoming children. Children were observed sitting in circle time, playing outside, reading books, eating snack and washing hands. Children transitioning into new classrooms were being supported by their teachers with comforting and encouraging words and exploring their new classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 10 child records and 10 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
