An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director on September 5, 2023, beginning at 11:46am and ending at 1:48pm. There were 47 children, ages 9 months through 5 years old, in the direct care of 12 staff members. The children were observed during playing with playdough and during nap time. Five children?s records were reviewed. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 8/4/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 06/13/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 5/27/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 12/02/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 12/28/2022.
