Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. All groups were in ratio during the inspection.
5 staff records were reviewed. All were in compliance.
Children were observed participating in a wide variety of activities, during diapering, washing hands, eating snack, preparing to transition to the outside, during circle time and playing in the gross motor room on the first floor.
5 child records, medications, and training records for on-going training were reviewed.
See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, age and stage appropriate activities were all observed.

Based on a review of records, child records do not include all required information.
Evidence:
5 records reviewed.
