An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8: 00 am- 9:30 am. There were 24 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed arriving into care, participating in group play, playing team games, and preparing to go on a field trip. Self care and hand-washing routines were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: 2 outlets in school age classroom did not have covers.Plan of Correction: We are in the middle of reno. We will make sure the outlets are covered.
