Standard #: 8VAC20-780-410-1 Description: Based on interviews and review of video footage it was determined that staff engaged in an action that is forbidden. Evidence: On Friday, September 1, 2023 between 12:11 pm - 12:15 pm Staff A is observed on video footage roughly handling children in the Infant B classroom. 1.) At 12:11 pm Staff A is seen roughly picking up child A (Age 14 months) and roughly places them on their cot. 2.) At 12:15 pm Staff is seen placing child B (Age 14 months) on their cot. When child B attempts to get up, staff A roughly pushes the child's head down on their cot. Plan of Correction: -Teacher is on suspension
-Teacher will complete assigned training
-Teacher will have assistance during nap time
