Discussed with staff present:
*4 trampolines were removed from the playground area. While not in use today, they have been previously used by children.
*Updating the allergy list for the school. (Dated 2/6/23)
*Obtaining MAT certificates from the provider

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 11 children present with 2 staff at LI arrival. A third staff person arrived by the end of the visit.
5 staff and 4 child records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances cited.
Children were observed in a variety of child directed activities, washing hands and eating lunch.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, lunches were labeled and bathroom supplies were all in compliance.
There were no medications on site during the inspection.
