Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 9/6/2023 from 3:55pm through 6:05pm. There were 60 children directly supervised by 9 staff and all classrooms were in ratio. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, programming, menus, 4 staff records, 6 children?s records, 1 medication, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing group games, participating in quiet tabletop activities, doing homework, and eating snack. Snack served today was a chicken sandwich, cole slaw, oranges, and milk. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid trained staff on site at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
