A complaint was received regarding allegations of ratios during the morning and late afternoon hours. An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated today. Observation of the playground, and all occupied classrooms was made, staff interviews conducted and review of staff scheduling was made. The preponderance of evidence does not support a valid finding. The complaint has been determined UNFOUNDED.
