An announced initial inspection was conducted on September 15, 2023, from approximately 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Space and equipment observed were appropriate for children ages 2 1/2 years- 8years The exit interview was conducted with the applicant. The inspection will be reviewed by administrator for license issuance.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on observation, the applicant did not ensure hazordous substance shall be kept in locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
Cleaning chemicals were in a cabinet but were kept in a locked place. Confirmed by applicant.Plan of Correction: All substances will be removed from top cabinets. All handsanitizer and air freshners will be removed during school hours.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-540-C Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the applicant did not ensure first aid kit contain all required supplies.
Evidence: First Aid Kit did not have triangular bandages . Confirmed by applicant .Plan of Correction: The bandage will be ordered.
