8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 9/8/23 from 8:55 am to 11:35 am. There were 22 children present with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Please do not use staff names, list staff by positions only. Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the Violation Notice and public website. Evidence: The VA. Health and Safety Update training in Staff # 1?s record was dated 2/19/20. There were no additional records available on file to show that Staff # 1 had completed the training annually after this date.Plan of Correction: Health and safety training has been completed by Staff # 1. A copy has been sent to the inspector on 9/21/23.
