A complaint inspection was initiated on September 15, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on September 6, 2023 in reference to supervision and behavior guidance. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regard to the complaint.
