Technical Assistance:

Discussed concerns about restroom, roofing in the school age room, smell in the building, outlet covers and sight and sound supervision when children go to the restroom.

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 5, 2023 from 11:30am-2:00 pm. At the time of entrance, 32 children were in care with 6 staff members present. Additional staff was present to assist. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were observed during nap time and in the infant room afternoon activities. Two medication were and documentation was reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
