Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/26/2023 from 12:30 pm- 2:08 pm. There were 21 children supervised by direct care staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Description: Based on a record review and interview, the emergency preparedness plan did not contain procedural components for procedures to reunite children with a parent or authorized person designated by the parent to pick up the child.

Evidence: There were no written procedures to reunite children with a parent or authorized person designated by the parent to pick up the child in the facility's emergency preparedness plan.

Plan of Correction: Its completed. I found the intact document on my computer, printed it, and posted on the wall.
