A monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on August 23, 2023, beginning at 11:36am and ending at 12:30pm. The inspection was conducted to investigation a self-reported incident related to supervision of children and behavioral guidance. Staff interviews were conducted, and staff documentation were reviewed. There were no violations issued as a result of this inspection.
